Focus on INDEX:AWARDAs the most famous award in the north of Europe,INDEX:AWARD has become one of my most like awards.And this year ,it has become to call for entries which theme is about water crisis.I wanted to participate this award with Peng.Let's have a look at it!

This year's challenge, “Designing Water’s Future,” is a collaboration between Circle of Blue—the international network of leading journalists, scientists and communications designers that reports and presents the information necessary to respond to the global freshwater crisis—and COLLINS:, a communication design and innovation firm based in New York City.
国庆愉快！！guys! 又是一年的国庆节，老校的朋友们都已经放假了，享受这难得的七天假期。祝福他们玩的开心快乐！我们还要继续我们的课程，我没有国庆假期，这还是第一次没有国庆假期，不过现在对那些玩事也提不起什么兴趣了，或许自己老了 开心至极今天很开心，从大二上学期的愿望已经开始实现，我们班现在越来越凝聚，期待！鹏 ，桢，遥，琳终于走到一起，一起合作，一起讨论，这个是4月份左右的想法，当初由于种种原因没有实现，到现在还是一直是个遗憾，现在大家走到一起，开心，真的很开心。可惜我身在丹麦，不能参与其中实在是个遗憾，我会在这边努力的，争取学有所成，共同分享给大家，感觉自己身上有的担子，一切都会顺利的，自信的。。。今天在想我到时候回去能做点什么，更好的能够增加几个partner的凝聚力，更好的让大家感受在一起group的优越感呢？这个是一个problem,目前有个比较好的想法，暂且叫它UP-STAND吧,这是一个定期的交流PARTY，组内任何成员都可以发起，成员如果自己有什么valuable的资料或者ideas,都可以自发组织UP-STAND,在UP-STAND的时候不允许有驳斥对方的言语，顺其自然，目的是营造一个自由轻松的交流氛围，for example,when i come back,i will organized an introduction to studying in denmark inside the group,I will give the presentation to the design experience and some important data in denmark.还有两年的时间，相信还有很多合作和交流的机会，期待，努力！ IDS - PROJECT USER RESEARCH As the beginning of the project,user research is the most important part.I really felt that the ability of the practice is necessary for a good development. That we did it by heart.It is a good experience for ourselves.We do our best to one thing,i think it must be successful.we interviewed some cleaning workers who have good working experience. The answers are surely useful for our project.I have learnt a lot and understood the importance of one team. Good start! Come on!!
Beginning从今天起，正式开始工作了，有很多任务，有一些还要现学现做，有挑战，加油。 TivoliGoing to Tivoli is a good idea.And we just need to cost 100 kr to enjoying all day.Tivoli Gardens is a famous amusement park and pleasure garden in Copenhagen, Denmark. The park opened on August 15, 1843 and, except for Dyrehavsbakken in nearby Klampenborg, it is the oldest amusement park which has survived intact to the present day.Tivoli is located where the once-fortified city's ramparts used to be, and the park's on-site lake is a remnant of the city's moat. Children of all ages visit year 'round for the old-world carnival-style atmosphere and the exciting attractions. Test your mettle on a number of extreme thrill rides (including "The Demon" and "The Spinning Top"). Tamer rides and activities are in abundance as well. Young ones will not want to miss the grand carousel or the aquarium. Older folk tend to congregate in and around Tivoli's nearly 40 bars and restaurants, some of which are tres gourmet and may date as far back as 1843. World-class live entertainment is always provided, and the festivities get kicked into high gear during the Christmas season.
I have seen many excellent danish designs in a good store.Nice designs really!
But they are so expensive! Just can have a look.
BRAINSTORM--MY ENGLISH COURES PROJECTThat is really interesting! Here is the topic:

Thanks to a computer error,your company's production plant has managed to manufacture 3 million useless plastic cubes by mistake! The 5cm cubes are white in colour,rigid,and hollow.Unfortunately,it would not be economical to reprocess them and they are not recyclable.Minor
modification could be made ,however.
Form yourselves into ‘thinktanks' of three or four members and give yourselves ten minutes to brainstorm as many possible uses for the cubes as you can .Write them all down .Select the best idea you can come up with and present it to the other groups.Vote for the overall best solution.
And i can not give a good idea to deal with the wrong cubes,it is really boring thing because it is so big number of cubes,3 million! But i give a good idea at last,and my group used my idea to give the presentation. All guys thought it is a good idea.It is decoration ! 好久没写中文了过了这么多天，来丹麦人生地不熟，经历了很多，觉得自己也成熟了很多，和几个朋友在月黑风高的夜晚穿梭在北欧街头，那种天，那种蓝--无法用言语来表达的，只在一些黑暗的角落碰到一些酒鬼，我想会不会在某个街角碰到小女孩在卖火柴，悬浮的街灯更增加了一种神秘的气氛。王小宁，一个在IHK的中国学生，是我们的BUDDY，天津人，北方人自然和我有很多话说，感觉亲切不少，昨天晚上是学校组织的游船活动，晚上本来是要举行PARTY，但是由于计划失误，我们徘徊在哥本哈根街头，一群DANISH似乎喝多了酒，在疯狂的叫喊，几个酒鬼在旁边的地上坐着，不时哼上两句。。我们决定回家了，已经不早了，我们还要乘S-TRAIN回BALLERUP，那是一个比较远的距离，车站人比较少了，在车上我有点眩晕，走了一天，外面天气冷，人已经有点蔫了。。 在听bressnanone，还是喜欢清淡的音乐，歌声伴随着火车的滴答声慢慢远去，也不知道自己什么时候已经回到自己的学校，什么时候看见亲爱的同学们，只有在外的游子才能感受到的那默默的思念，真的有点想家了，想Y了........ Series of products from NilfiskOK,I will give all guys some introduction about Nilfisk.Nilfisk is the leading manufactuer of professional cleaning equipment and it has a log history.Nilfisk was built up in 1906 and become the biggest company to produce the professional cleaning machines and robots.Here are some products which are on sale.And the first picture is a lake around the place in which i was living.It is beautiful!
Nilfisk Advance technology museumAll of the IDS group go to Nilfisk company with Hague and Karl.Nilfisk ,a company producing cleaning machines and robots.Peter ,Technology manager in Nilfisk ,a very kind person who gives me a lecture about the corporation with IHK.I think it is easy for our group and we will do our best to finish the project.After the lecture ,we visited the museum of Nilfisk technoloy .The products come from different period in the history of Nilfisk.....OK,Enjoy them!
A talk with Jonathan who comes from Mexico cityIt is a happy night,I have given all my design works and art works to show him. And he got a great surprise after looking at my works.To my most surprise is that I have ability to communicate with him and expressed my idea to him absolutely . That is so crazy!I was happy to feel that i have made a great progress in my English.I listened to radio every night and just watch English TV program and English movies.it is a good method to make a good environment of english.I believe wonder will be happened! As you know ,it is a complex system from giving a idea to produceing it . Crazy in solidworksI made a great progress this day.I thought that solidworks is similar to PRO/E,but i like SW better because it is easier to learn and it has a humanization surface .It is such a nice software! I tried many method to solve different problem ,for example ,how to render objects in solidworks and how to make a transform putting a style to 3D MAX.Shane Landry is a Designer and a head Multimedia Developer for Sprint. With a degree in Industrial Design, and years of experience in all facets of design he specializes in products, graphics, and multimedia. He spends his time creating solutions for any problem he can get his hands on, specializing in emerging technology.I learned from him and got a nice way to transform .The main problem is which style is the best.how do you get it into 3ds Max? If you want to render or animate with the best you can't go wrong with 3dsMax. However, if you want to make models, by that I mean models that are perfect in every since of the word and created with relative ease you should be using a program like SolidWorks.Lets start with a few SolidWorks tips to getting it right the first time. When you are creating your model make it out of several parts that come together in an assembly. This insures that each part is separate when exporting, this also makes it easier to render and to animate. A rule of thumb is to build it like it would be built in reality, this is more time consuming but gives the model much more versatility.
1.Starting in a SolidWorks 'Assembly'. I have 3 parts (tire, wheel, and brake pad), you may have as many or as few as your model needs.
2.Next you will export the model by choosing 'Save As' from the File menu. You will need to select the type of file you will be exporting. This will be a Stereolith or 'STL', the type of file used in Stereolithography. Choose a file name, and set the coordinate system to 'default'. Last but not least you will need to adjust the output options by clicking on the 'Options' button. By exporting the model from the Assembly each part will maintain its position in the model, saving you time and the chance for mistakes.
In the 'Options' menu, you will need to adjust your setting to match those below. This will guarantee that your model will look its best and be very easy to work with, and hey you could even get it produced with a few grand. If you have problems with mesh quality later on you may choose to increase the 'Total quality' using the 'Custom' setting.
Once you click 'Ok', SolidWorks will think for a bit (see the progress bar at the bottom of the screen). After this process is done you will be prompted with its results (below), if this looks right you have properly exported the file and you can click 'Yes'. Congratulation!
Now you will need to start 3dsMax to begin the import of your new STL. From the File menu in 3dsMax, select 'Import', and one at a time import each of the models parts.
As you import each part you will be prompted with the below import screen. By selecting the options I have below you will maximize the quality of your model in 3dsMax insure that you computer will not lockup on you. The 'Quick Weld' is the key to making this whole process work. You will need to make sure that these options don't change as you import each part.
At last ,i tried to use this way . Really nice !
Please give me powerIt is very late at night and I love night and the rainy.A lot of drops put down
several hours ago.The deep gray sky depresses me and I forget to take an
umbrella .The discuss is in process now.It is the DI which been teached by Karl.
Karl is a Danish boy,with a little shyness.In my thinking,he is not like a danish
because his appearance .He spoke English very fluently and always keep a smile
to us.He gave me a paper which have the tasks we should be completing.We
need to talk with each other in my group.we need to select 3-5 objects from one
category ,for example a car..I think it is easy to complete the task but i was
wrong.We need to improve one new product from the analysis of other products.
Each member need to find some questions from one product which have been
produced and give the sketch to improve it.
well,we have made a plan about that ."Don't worry！“ my partner told me .I also
have enough confidence to complete the task on time. Waiting for tomorrow ! Introduction IDS coursesI will introduce my courses of IDS in detail.The all courses have 30 credit hours in total,and it main divides into four parts:
Product design(project) (15 credit hours）
Industrial design (5 credit hours）
Advanced Manufacturing and Materials (5 credit hours）
CAD&Solid Modeling (5 credit hours）
All of the courses will be teached in English. That will be a funny. There are 21 members in IDS,and it has been divided into
5 groups. It will be interesting to discuss together and make a good project with the teamwork.I have learned that what is
a project and how to organize a project.It is really a intricate thing so that I must work hard. Good luck! |
